The South Korean military dropped thousands of leaflets attached to helium balloons on their northern siblings, spreading news of the revolutions taking place in the Middle East in hopes that North Korean citizens will be encouraged to rise up against their Dear Leader.
“[A] dictatorial regime is destined to collapse,” the leaflets proclaim.
