december - christmas is in the ads

well it's finally december, christmas ads are going to bombard us like there's no tomorrow (or rather, like it's almost tomorrow. and tomorrow is called christmas.)
i hope they get a little creative this year and stop feeding us the generic kid looking at a tree, white family smiling and laughing crap
c'mon people.
